Good morning everyone!

It is time for ODBD's Stamping In Time! This week we have a challenge host, Marcelle Schauer. Marcelle is giving us challenge choices! We can choose either to use brads or colored pencils. Now, if you are feeling a little adventurous, you can do both! Both are items that you may not  use very often. So we hope you will dig them out and play along!

Please see ODBD's Blog for all the details!

Here is my creation for todays SNTODBD8 Challenge!

The images are ODBD's With Heartfelt Sympathy and With Deepest Sympathy! I colored them using Prisma Colored Pencils and Oderless Mineral Spirits!  The wood frame was cut using Spellbinders Nestibillities using Real Wood Paper. The bottom layer was cuttlebugged and then sanded!

For more inspiration, please check out the other designer’s blogs to see what they created with the brads and/or pencil choice challenge!

Happy monday everyone!

This is a card I did for todays Tech Lovers Challenge on SCS!

Vicki challenged us to use the piercing tech on our creation!

All the images are from Rubbernecker's Weeds ! The thistles were colored using markers (SU regal rose and edged with real red and old olive for the stems), spritzed with a very fine mist of water and stamped. I then used a versamark pen and fine embossing powder to emboss them! The sky was brayered using bashful blue! I sponged the sea line (brilliant blue) and the greenery (always artichoke, cert celery and barely banana)!

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a marvelous day!

Happy Sunday everyone!
Hope your weather was a beautiful as ours was this glorious day! Makes my walking a lot more enjoyable! This was my third day! WaaaaaHoooo! It's really hard when your trying to get back into shape and have layed off doing exercise for so long!

Today we honored Pat Smethers as our featured stamper on SCS! Pat has such a fabulous gallery I couldn't pick just one so I took a little from several of her beautiful creations. Love all her wonderful rustic outdorsy cards!

Here is my creation in honor of sweet Pat!

All the images are from Rubbernecker's Kittie Kits Cause a Scene!
These images are so versatile! So many possibilities!

The images were colored using Ranger Distress Inks and SU reinkers! Flower Soft was used to fill in the sandy areas! I masked the cabin and stamped the tree trunk then used an artist brush with reinders to fill in the leaves. After filling in with that tech I used the leaf stamp from the Kittie Kit Cause a Scene! The background panel was done using the Faux Leather Tech found in the resourses section on SCS!

Thanks for stopping by! Have a marvelous evening!
