Hi everyone! Hope you have had a beautiful day and that everyone got out to vote!

Before I get started, I want to share something that happened to me yesterday. Hopefully it will keep it from happening to someone else!

I was all set to play in Holly's challenge yesterday, when a big ugly virus invaded my screen! A box with a big "Warning A Trojun Virus has attached your computer". I tried calling my son, but he was not available at that time. So ol' smarty pants thinks she can handle this one by herself. "NOT" Thank goodness when I got to a certain point things just didn't look right. It did get in. Attached an Icon to my desktop and some files. My computer genius son was able to run  a program and got rid of it before major problems occured. So the moral to the story is if something flashes on your screen telling you that a trojun virus is attacking your computer, chances are that is the virus and you should delete, delete, delete!

This is for two challenges over on SCS. The color challenged hosted by Mary and the TLC hosted by Holly!

The main panel was first stippled using SU's really rust, choc chip and pumpkin pie. I also masked to get the moon effect. Then stamped using Rubbrenecker's sentiment. After following Holly's tutorial to emboss several times using clear embossing powder I stamped The lovely Rubbernecker's image and embossed using black e/p. Love this tech. Paper pierced the bordering layer. The background was embossed using a Sizzix E/F and cuttlebug!

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a marvelous evening!  Hugs!

Oh, Fran...I am so sorry about the virus!!!! I had one a few weeks ago and it cost me a few bucks to have it cleared!!! Now I try to turn my puter off whenever I'm not on it. I LOOOVE your gorgeous card...you did the TLC sooo beautifully with those wonderful stamps and colors...WOW!!!!

I foolishly let one of those nasty viruses into my computer a while back through my own carelessness! I pay closer attention now!

I love your beautiful card! What fabulous results with this wonderful technique!

THAT is scary - its really to bad people have nothing better to do with their time! They just need to stamp instead of creating havoc! Good thing your son is computer smart! I would be in serious trouble - I don't have a computer guru!! Your card turned out excellent!!

What a beautiful card you made with the technique you used. The moon is gorgeous and your black, embossed image is outstanding. I see it on the inside, too...just a lovely addition. Glad no damage was done to your computer. Whew!
