Good morning everyone!

It's Saturday and time for another Our Daily Bread Designs Shining the Light Challenge!

~We Three Kings ~

Christmas is just around the corner! For this weeks challenge think  the Christmas Carol "We Three Kings"...Choose three of these items to use on your card: gold, silver, blue, red, snowflakes, ornament, Our Daily Bread Designs stamps!

While it is not required to use Our Daily Bread Designs images and sentiments on your creations, we would love to see them if you have them. As a way of recognizing those who do use Our Daily Bread Designs stamps, we will again be choosing 1 to 2 creations to spotlight for our Shining the Light Award. In order to qualify for this award, however, you must use Our Daily Bread stamps and have your submission added to Mr. Linky by December 22 at 8 p.m. EST If you upload your creations to Splitcoast Stampers or any other online gallery, please use the keyword  ODBDSLC42. When creating your posts on blogs please include a link to the challenge.

This will be our last challenge before the holidays. Our winner will be announced on Sunday, December 26. Our first challenge for 2011 will be on January 8.

~ Here is what I created ~

My choices are blue, gold, red and of course ODBD stamps!

ODBD's "Sing For Joy" was stamped and colored using Copic Markers. The background was stippled using Tim Holtz broken china. The red background panel was embossed using a poinsettia e/f. Gold pearls, ribbon and button were added! The d/p is by Bo-Bunny.

Please stop by to see what the talented ODBDCT has created:

We hope you will play along with us!

Thanks for stopping by! Hugs!

Love the background of rich foliage and touches of red to bring out the best in your beautiful cardinal!

Funny how we only moved 2 miles a few short years ago, but the cardinals don't visit at this house. Such gorgeous birds to watch!
