Happy Saturday everyone!

Before I tell you about todays post, I would like to share something with you!

I  have just returned from Florida where I attended a funeral for my 22 yr old cousin. To say the least it was a heartbreaking time for our family. He was such a wonderful young man, so full of life and so loving.

So if you haven't hugged your loved ones today or called to tell them how much you love them, stop what you are doing and do it! We never know how much time we have left on this earth.

It's time for another ODBDSLC67!

This weeks challenge is to create a RED, WHITE and BLUE card or project.

To make the challenge even more fun, Our Daily Bread Designs is giving  a $15 gift certificate to be used toward stamps at the Our Daily Bread Designs store!! Entries for the prize must be submitted by Thursday, July 14. One random winner will be chosen and announced next Saturday. If you are not using ODBD stamps, please do not enter more than once.

While it is not required to use Our Daily Bread Designs images and sentiments on your creations, we would love to see them if you have them.As a way of recognizing those who do use Our Daily Bread Designs stamps, we will again be choosing 1 to 2 creations to spotlight for our Shining the Light Award. In order to qualify for this award, however, you must use Our Daily Bread stamps and have your submission added to Mr. Linky by July 14 at 8 p.m. EST. If you upload your creations to Splitcoast Stampers or any other online gallery, please use the keyword is ODBDSLC68. When creating your posts on blogs please include a link to the challenge

Here is my card!

I chose to use one of my favorite ODBD Sets Light of the World! After stamping the image I colored it using copic markers. I used a homemade template to sponge in the clouds and added a little white acrylic paint to fluff up the clouds. The frame was done using Spellbinders Classic Oval! The swirl is a Tim Holtz Die Cut! A Cuttlebug E/F was used to emboss the top panel!

Here is the inside of the card:

Please stop by to see what the ODBD Design Team have created:

We hope you will play along we would love to see your creation!

Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to show and tell your loved ones how much they are loved everyday! Hugs!
