ODBDSLC80

Happy Saturday everyone!

Another week has past! Wow, where does the time go! Our weather has been just beautiful this past week! The leaves are turning beautiful shades of fall colors! I must admit I don't look forward to the raking thing!

It's time for another ODBDSLC Challenge!

This weeks challenge: Holiday with a twist (Christmas or Thanksgiving). The twist being you must use an ODBD stamp.

To make the challenge even more fun, Our Daily Bread Designs is giving a $15 gift certificate to be used toward stamps at the Our Daily Bread Designs store! Entries for the prize must be submitted by Friday, Oct. 21st! One random winner will be chosen and announced next Saturday. If you are not using ODBD stamps, please do not enter more than once!

While it is not required to use Our Daily Bread Designs images and sentiments on your creations, we would love to see them if you have them. As a way of recognizing those who do use Our Daily Bread Designs stamps, we will again be choosing 1 to 2 creations to spotlight for our Shining the Award. In order to qualify for this award, however, you must use Our Daily Bread stamps and have your submission added to Mr. Linky by Oct. 21st at 8 p.m. EST. If you upload your creations to SplitcoastStampers or any other online gallery, please use the keyword ODBDSLC79. When creating your posts on blogs please include a link to the challenge!

Please see ODBD Blog  for all the details!

Here is my card!

I chose to use ODBD's  "We Three Kings"! I stamped the image twice, colored using reinkers and  copics! I then cut out part of the image and popped it up! The framing was done using SU's Topnote and Spellbinder's Nestie! The background was embossed using a Sizzix E/F!

Please stop by and leave some love on the talented ODBD Challenge Teams blogs!

We hope you will play along with us! We would love to see your creations!

Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to hug your loved ones!

Have a beautiful weekend! Hugs!

Fran, what a fantastic card!! The coloring of the three kings' garb as they journey to meet our newborn Savior is so rich and elegant, and I love how you framed it in the Top Note! And a great finishing touch popping it up on the embossed background - I learn so many new ideas from all of you - Thanks for sharing so much!!
