Hey Lady *Bugs*!
This is for today's sketch challenge hosted by Roxie! Wonderful sketch! It took me forever to make this card today! Tried Twinkling H2'Os, reinkers and embossing. Nothing worked! Finally
settled on my copics! I found this delightful stamp at a wonderful craft store in Cincinnati, Ohio called Stamp your art out! Fabulous store! If you are ever near Cincinnati you should make a point of stopping by! They also sponsor a stamping convention, that I will be attending with some friends, on the 7th and 8th of August! Can't wait!
Back to the card! The image is by The Artful Stamper! It was stamped twice using Brilliance Black, colored with copics and part of it was cut out and popped up! The background and small panels were cuttlebugged!
Thanks for stopping by! Always glad to hear from you! Fran

Have a Berry Nice BD!
Hi to all! Hope you are having a wonderful day! This is for two challenges! The color challenge was hosted by Betty (gbedwright). Thanks, Betty!
Today's colors are Pixie Pink, Cert Celery and Apricot Appeal! I donated my PP card stock. PP makes my teeth hurt! So I used Papertrey Berry Sorbet instead!

This is also for a DDC challenge I do with some of my SCS friends. We were to use an edible image and ink and card stock colors with the names of food! I used berries for my image! Card stock all have names of food in them. I did color with copics from Flourishes Poppy Collection! I think that should be allowed! Don't you! This week was hosted by Anne (Itsapassion). Thanks, Anne!

It was fun combining these challenges! Thanks for stopping by!

Flourishes *Beach Life*
This is for two challenges!

Today,s Clean and Simple challenge hosted by Jen (Miss Boo)! This is my first time entering this fun challenge! Thanks, Jen!

I think this is the fastest card I have ever made! The lovely image was stamped using Brilliance black! The only coloring is on the flip-flops! Also added tiny Chrystal hearts! The background was cuttlebugged!

This is also for Sharon's DTG challenge to make a black and white card with just a touch of red! Love this challenge! Thanks, Sharon!

Just wanted to share with you what a wonderful company Flourishes is to deal with! Not only do they have beautiful images but their customer friendly service is first class!

They sent me the wrong stamp set by mistake! When I called to tell them I offered to pay for the right one to be sent! They told me not only to keep the one they had sent in error, but they would send the other one free of charge! Awesome!

Hope you have a fabulous day!

Another beautiful day in the neighborhood! Hope your day is going good! This is for two challenges! One is the FS129 challenge hosted by Debbie. The talented featured stamper is Lori (Versamom)! Yea Lori!
The sweet image is by Penny Black! It was stamped using Brilliance black and colored using SU reinkers and an aqua brush and copic markers! The tiny flowers were punched using SU Three for You punch, then I used the large end of a stylus to make the indented patterns on each petal then you flip them over and press in the middle with the stylus and it makes a sweet little embossed flower! (Not my original idea - I read about the tech. some where.)
Thanks for looking!

This is for Michelle's (sf9erfan) "Dare to Get Dirty Challenge! For this we were to create a masculine card! It also had to have at least one piece of patterned paper, use two stamps and use 3 different colors!
I have had this wonderful Thomas Kinkade stamp from Cornish Heritage Farms for a long time, just never used it!
The image was stamped using Brilliance black then colored with StampinUp reinkers and copics.
After stamping the image I cut it out then stamped it again on the old olive c/s. I used the cuttlebug to give the frame texture. The background was also cuttlebugged. The trees were stamped on the d/p using Stazon black! Added eyelets at top!
My Son, Glenn, in Hamilton, Ohio set up this blog for me! This card is to thank him for all his help! He is our computer genius!
Thanks for the fun challenge, Michelle.

This is for today's Inspiration Challenge! Stef posts such wonderful sites for us each week. Great inspiration!

This wonderful image is from Our Daily Bread "Quiet Waters". I colored the image using StampinUp reinkers and an aquapen. This is one of my favorite ways to color. When using the aquapen I chose not to fill it with water. I can't seem to control the amout of water that comes out so instead of filling it I just dip the brush in water and then the reinker!

The trees were filled in using Rubberneckers "Kittie Kits". Can't tell you how many times I go to my "Kittie Kits". There's just that "one litte thing" you can always use to help enhance your card or project.

The flock of geese is a stamp from Stampscapes!

The background is embossed using the cuttlebug and c/b folder.

Thanks for visiting and I hope you have a marvelous day and weekend

The LSC challenge today was to use your high school or wedding colors! We were also to use either staples, clips or photo turns. I chose wedding and photo turn!

All the images are from Our Daily Bread! I used the flowers from ODB Sing To The Lord! The sentiment is ODB
1 Corinthians 13. Images were colored using pastels, reinkers and copics! Thanks for all your comments!

Hope you all have a marvelous day and weekend!

We are having below normal temps. and it is glorious! Another beautiful day in the neighbor!

Michele was the hostess for today's Ways to Use It challenge! We were to use two of the same on our cards or projects! I chose Flourishes lovely Waterlily Set. I also used their Copic collection "The Poppy collection" to color the lilies and fish and "The Spring Greens Collection" to color the lily pads. It really makes coloring so much easier.

It's really great to be back stamping again!

We were on vacation in Florida for two weeks. Had a great time visiting friends and relatives.

After returning home we had hardwood floors put in. That meant no computer for awhile. Waaaa!

My son and daughter-in-law were here for four days! While they were here we took a few day trips and ate out a lot. Fun! Fun!

My son is a computer whiz. He set up this blog for me. My head is still spinning and my brain is fried. I'm still not sure what I am doing. Still need lots of help figuring things out. Kinda learning as I go.

Thanks for visiting and hope you have a marvelous day!

Flourishes Happy 90th Birthday for my Mom!

This is the card I created for my little Mother's 90th birthday!
This was made using Flourishes lovely Waterlily set. I used Flourishes copic markers (The Poppy Collection and The Spring Greens Collection)! These are wonderful because they come in sets so it takes all the guess work out of coloring your images!
Paper is from Papertrey. Berry Sorbet and Sweet Blush!
The frame for the main image was made by using the diecut from StampinUp. I also used the cuttlebug embossing folder on the background! TFL
