This sweet image is by Penny Black! It was stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with copics! Some of the flowers were cut out and popped up! The sky was done using template and sponging with Bashful Blue! The decorative border was done using a M/S punch! The background panel was cuttlebugged!
