Good morning everyone!

It's Saturday and time for another ODBDSLC27!

Thanks to everyone that played in last weeks Punches and Diecuts Challenge last week! It's always fun to see everyone's beautiful creations!

This weeks ODBDSLC27 is to use texture!

Texture it!! Add texture whether it be through embossing, your different embellishments (feathers, textured ribbon…) or distressing (roughing up the edges not just inking them)!

To make the challenge even more fun, ODBD's will be giving out a prize , a $15 gift certificate to be used toward stamps at the Our Daily Bread Designs store!! Entries for the prize must be submitted by Thursday, September 2. One random winner will be chosen and announced next Saturday.

Please see ODBD's Blog for all the details!

This is my creation!

The lovely flowers, Our Daily Bread Design's "Don't Worry", were colored using copic markers, embossed using versamark and clear e/p and cut out! The background was embossed using a Sizzix E/F, then swipped using a stamp pad to add color! A Spellbinder's Nestie was used to create the frame. The decorative border inside the frame was also done using a Spellbinder's diecut The fence was made using a M/S punch. My texture was added using embossing folder and embossing the flowers!

Please stop by and see what the other Challenge Design Team have created!

We hope you can play along with us!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a fabulous and blessed weekend!

Dear Fran~

What an absolutely gorgeous card! I really love how the sky shows through the wall in the bg. The blues are so pretty together, and make the card even more elegant. I love how your flowers came out! The blue frame looks so wonderful...as do the three simple blue dots! I really love the color brown with this shade of blue! Your fence and bow really pop! I really like this card a lot!

Remember~
He IS Able,
Traci S.

p.s. I hope you will stop by the He IS Able blog again. If you can, check out the 1st post--it is the only one from June. I know you will be blessed, because He is so evident in it! And, Rebekka shared her incredible Testimony! It was so full of Mercy, Grace and His Abundant Love! I hope to see you there! Traci S.
