After stamping the sweet little image (Rubbernecker Stamps #532-09) I colored using copics and prisma colored pencils. The dress was paper pieced. The image was cut out and framed using Spellbinders Beaded Ovals Nestabilities! The background was stamped using the newly released Rubbernecker Stamps Background #519 with pink pirouette and then clear embossing powder. The decorative borders were created using a M/S punch. The leaf is Spellbinders Foliage Shapeabilitie. Ribbon and pearls were added!

That backgrounder is so pretty - I'm glad there's a double dose of it here so that we see it inside as well as with the sweet girl on the front.
